It all starts with the long, torturous red-eye flight from Los Angeles to Taipei. It was a beautiful, sunny morning when we landed, and my first thoughts were: "Let the cafe-hopping begin!" Later, we had lamb chops at a Greek cafe and visited the tiny tree frogs who hide in plain sight.
